Job Description

As a Consumer and Market Insights Manager at Ferrero, your role is crucial in driving actions and generating insights for the India Region, which is a key market for the company's tropical innovations in the Sweet Packaged Foods category. Your responsibilities include: - Being the voice of the consumer within the organization, continuously driving consumer and customer understanding. - Leading end-to-end research for the biggest contributing brand portfolio, partnering in new innovations and ensuring success with the current portfolio. - Providing a solid understanding of category drivers, drainers, triggers, and barriers to help build a strong business. - Bringing outside-in inspiration into the business by monitoring competition, leveraging social listening, and understanding competition strategies. - Delivering insights on macroeconomic, market, channel, and consumer trends, nurturing business intelligence. - Co-building brand positioning and bringing them to life with marketing teams. - Driving consumer centricity in innovation by understanding food trends, unmet needs, and implications on innovation. - Identifying new data sources and tools to strengthen consumer and market understanding. - Partnering in Strategic Initiatives, building Shopper and Retail understanding, and driving E-commerce and Digital growth. - Supporting APAC MEA business on Cross Country projects. - Bringing efficiency and agility in team functioning, supporting digital transformation, and embedding Ferrero CSU quality standards. Qualifications required for this role include approximately 8-10 years of experience in a major FMCG company or reputed research agency, a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, and an MBA in Marketing/Research. Additionally, you should have experience in using consumer and shopper key research methodologies, Brand tracking, Nielsen Retail Audit tool, and knowledge of e-commerce and digital growth. Strong communication, presentation, strategic influencing, managerial, leadership, and people management skills are essential. Your success at Ferrero will depend on your consumer and product-centric approach, dedication to crafting brilliant results, proactive mindset, agility, and ability to work independently and within a team. Your contribution towards individual, team, and organizational goals will be highly valued, requiring good relations with stakeholders at all levels.,
