Senior Manager - Business Finance

You will be responsible for generating budget vs. actual variance analysis across businesses and effectively communicating trends, patterns, exceptions, and areas of improvement. Additionally, you will manage the P&L for the month, highlighting exceptions to meet planned numbers, drive State/Brand-wise Profitability and Investment Analysis and Reporting on a monthly basis, including ROI evaluation, and partner with the business to provide financial insights for key projects. You will also implement and utilize business intelligence tools and dashboard reports like Tableau or Power BI, drive monthly reviews with the Finance Leadership team, and lead the Annual Plans, Rolling Forecast, and Latest Estimate for the business as per corporate timelines.
