Senior Manager - Business Finance

Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing monthly provisions and assisting in MIS reporting activities. Additionally, you will participate in negotiations for promotional activities and related financial reviews. You will be tasked with checking service expense bookings, monitoring day-to-day accounting transactions for accuracy and compliance, and conducting ledger scrutiny of general ledgers (GLs). Furthermore, you will raise GST debit notes for non-filing of GST by vendors, track fixed assets, and follow up on pending CWIP items. It will also be your responsibility to follow up for pending employee and vendor advances and ensure timely settlement. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly provisions and assist in MIS reporting activities. - Participate in negotiations for promotional activities and related financial reviews. - Check service expense bookings for prepaid and routine expenses. - Monitor day-to-day accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Conduct ledger scrutiny of general ledgers (GLs). - Raise GST debit notes for non-filing of GST by vendors. - Track fixed assets and follow up on pending CWIP items. - Follow up for pending employee and vendor advances and ensure timely settlement. Qualification Required: - M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. - 10-12 years in accounting and finance operations exclusively from the pharmaceutical industry, with strong hands-on experience in SAP. - Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and financial controls. - Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.,
