Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our growing team as a Senior Business Development Manager / Manager – Sales, based out of Hyderabad or Delhi.

This is a full-time, on-site position focused on driving client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth across India, Australia, Europe, UK, and North American markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or services-based sales, with the ability to build and nurture high-value client relationships. Candidates without engineering or detailing industry experience are also welcome but should have very strong international sales background especially in service industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across India, Australia, Europe, UK, and North American markets.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop a strong client pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and execute business development plans aligned with Cadeploy’s global strategy.
  • Partnerships: Build strategic alliances with EPCs, Steel Fabricators, Engineering Consultants, and Contractors.
  • Revenue Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed sales and revenue goals.
  • Negotiations & Closures: Lead commercial discussions, proposals, and contract finalizations.
  • Client Engagement: Attend client meetings onshore, industry events, and trade shows to represent Cadeploy.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on leads, sales progress, competition, and market insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful project onboarding and execution.

Key Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Hyderabad or Delhi or willing to relocate to these locations.
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years in business development or sales within structural steel, BIM, EPC, engineering, or related services (international exposure preferred). Experience outside engineering or detailing industry are welcome with very strong sales and business development background.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing large deals and meeting aggressive revenue targets.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation: Strong ability to handle high-value discussions and manage complex client relationships.
  • Flexibility: Open to travel internationally as and when required.
