1. Position Summary

Senior Manager Bespoke Experiences (Outbound)

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for HNI/UHNI clients, offering bespoke

    international

    travel solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with high-value clients through discretion, consistency, and white-glove service.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client profiles, lifestyle preferences, and outbound travel aspirations.
  • Design and curate unique, experience-led

    international

    itineraries, from luxury holidays to milestone celebrations.
  • Oversee execution of all outbound travel bookings, ensuring excellence across every detail.
  • Liaise with global DMCs, hotels, and partners to source exclusive products and benefits.
  • Ensure complete ownership of the client journey -from inquiry and itinerary design to travel support and post-trip engagement.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets from the HNI/UHNI outbound travel segment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Ticketing, Marketing) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Represent Tamarind Bespoke at luxury travel trade shows, client events, and networking platforms.

4. Skills & Competencies

  • Proven expertise in handling

    outbound luxury travel

    for discerning clientele
  • Consultative selling with a high degree of personalization.
  • Deep destination knowledge across Europe, Americas, Australasia, Africa, and Asia
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and relationship management
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-first environment
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with travel platforms, CRMs, and GDS systems
  • A true passion for outbound travel and luxury experiences

5. Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Travel, Hospitality, or relevant field
  • Minimum 10–12 years of experience in luxury

    outbound

    travel
  • Demonstrated success in managing HNI/UHNI client portfolios
  • Strong network of international DMCs, luxury hotels, and partners
  • Proficiency in Amadeus or equivalent GDS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; multilingual proficiency is a plus.
