Key Responsibilities

1. Consulting & Advisory

• Act as a

  trusted advisor

  to C-suite executives across Travel, Aviation ,Transport, Logistics, Hospitality, BFSI, Telecom sectors.
• Identify and define

  AI-led transformation opportunities

  across customer engagement, operations, and revenue optimization.
• Develop

  strategic AI roadmaps

  aligned with business priorities, regulatory frameworks, and digital maturity goals.
• Advise clients on transformation programs in areas such as

  personalization, dynamic pricing, fraud detection, predictive maintenance, and automation

  .

2. Solution Design & Industry Playbooks

• Architect

  AI-first, domain-specific solutions

  addressing critical industry challenges (e.g., revenue management in hospitality, compliance automation in BFSI, network optimization in telecom).
• Build

  industry playbooks, frameworks, and accelerators

  to fast-track AI and Generative AI adoption across sectors.
• Collaborate with

  AIonOS Product and Tech teams

  to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI-native solutions.
• Define

  KPIs, ROI models, and impact frameworks

  for measurable transformation outcomes.

3. Client Engagement & Program Leadership

• Lead

  end-to-end AI transformation programs

  —from strategy and solution design to implementation and business value delivery.
• Manage

  large enterprise engagements

  , ensuring delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and long-term relationship growth.
• Drive adoption of AI solutions such as

  predictive analytics, conversational AI, personalization engines, and automation platforms

  .
• Deliver measurable business outcomes —

  revenue uplift, cost optimization, risk reduction, and enhanced customer experience

  .

4. Thought Leadership & Ecosystem Development

• Represent

  AIonOS

  at

  industry forums, events, and client roundtables

  as a thought leader in AI transformation.
• Author

  whitepapers, perspectives, and success stories

  highlighting AIonOS’ innovation and leadership.
• Build and nurture

  strategic alliances

  with technology vendors, consulting firms, and AI startups.
• Contribute to the

  AIonOS ecosystem

  through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and capability building.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 10–18 years

  of experience in one or more relevant domains —

  Travel, Aviation ,Transport, Logistics, Hospitality, BFSI, Telecom

• Proven record of leading

  digital or AI-led transformation

  initiatives in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Strong understanding of

  industry-specific processes

  , systems, and customer lifecycles.
• Demonstrated ability to

  design and implement data, AI, and automation solutions

  .
• Excellent

  consulting, storytelling, and stakeholder management

  skills for C-level engagement.
• Global or multi-market experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with leading

  industry platforms

  (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Oracle Hospitality, Temenos, Salesforce, Ericsson, AWS, Azure).
• Exposure to

  AI/ML, Generative AI (GenAI), and LLMs

• Experience in

  business case creation, ROI modeling, and strategic roadmapping
