Job Description

Looking for a passionate and result-driven Brand Manager / Sr. Brand Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of brand and marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign strategy, content planning, and managing our brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube,PR.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, performance marketing, product, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and high-impact execution.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Campaign Strategy

  • Own and drive the brand positioning, narrative, and identity across channels
  • Develop and execute integrated

    360-degree brand campaigns

    (digital, social, PR, offline)
  • Define and monitor campaign objectives, KPIs, and ROI
  • Ensure alignment with business goals and marketing calendar

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Create platform-specific strategies
  • Plan and lead monthly content calendars, creative themes, and campaign launches
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-performing creatives and copy
  • Analyze platform insights, optimize for engagement, reach, and conversions

Content & Messaging

  • Own the content strategy for brand storytelling across platforms
  • Collaborate on long-form and short-form content for social media, campaigns, and PR
  • Ensure messaging is consistent, on-brand, and resonates with the target audience

YouTube & Video Campaigns

  • Lead the planning and execution of video-first campaigns
  • Work with video production teams on concept, scripting, editing, and publishing
  • Optimize content for visibility, engagement, and SEO on YouTube

PR & Thought Leadership

  • Manage PR calendar, press releases, and media outreach
  • Build strong media and influencer relations
  • Support leadership in positioning through LinkedIn and other external communication

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams product, design, growth, sales
  • Manage agencies and vendors for campaign execution
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and assets

Requirements

  • Experience in brand marketing, preferably in B2C, D2C, or digital-first brands
  • Proven experience in leading multi-channel brand campaigns
  • Deep understanding of content creation and social media dynamics
  • Experience working with PR agencies and media professionals
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset ability to draw insights from campaign data
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Studio, Canva/Figma
