Role & responsibilities

Develop detailed execution plans for solar projects, including timelines, resource allocation, and cost control.

• Oversee site mobilization, installation, and commissioning activities for electrical and civil works.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and proactively resolve delays or bottlenecks.
• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for all project activities.
• Ensure compliance with IS, IEC, NEC, and other relevant standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality benchmarks.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs without compromising quality.
• Optimize utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of critical components.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, quality records, and compliance

certificates.

• Prepare MIS reports for management and clients.
• Document deviations and corrective actions taken during execution
