Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are a rapidly expanding AI startup that is transforming digital advertising with groundbreaking AI technology and innovative solutions. We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build and deploy advanced ML systems that predict consumer behavior at scale.

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will design, train, and optimize production-grade ML models processing petabytes of consumer data and delivering billions of predictions daily. You will work with cutting-edge deep learning techniques and scalable ML infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and train production-grade ML models using state-of-the-art algorithms and deep learning techniques for consumer behavior prediction

● Implement distributed training workflows across multiple compute nodes

● Optimize model architectures, training processes, and inference performance

● Collaborate with data engineers for designing feature engineering pipelines

● Conduct model experimentation, A/B testing, validation, and performance analysis

● Configure distributed training parameters and resource allocation for large-scale training

● Work with MLOps team to transition models from development to production

● Document model architectures, training methodologies, and performance benchmarks

● Stay current with ML research and drive innovation in model development

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field

● 3+ years building and training production ML models at scale

● Strong Python expertise with modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost)

● Experience with distributed training frameworks and large-scale model training

● Proficiency with AWS cloud platforms and GPU-based training

● Strong understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, and transformer architectures

● Experience with feature engineering and large-scale data processing

● Knowledge of model optimization and performance tuning techniques

● Strong experimentation, validation, and A/B testing skills

● Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Nice to have:

● Prior experience in AdTech or MarTech industries

● Knowledge of ML workflow orchestration tools

● Familiarity with feature stores and data lake architectures

● Model compression and optimization experience

● Publications or open-source ML contributions

● Startup environment experience
