You will develop and execute strategic partnerships with complementary businesses and organizations, expanding our reach and impact in the education sector. This includes forging strategic alliances, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements, and managing key partner relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure strategic partnerships with B2B organizations relevant to the education sector (e.g., technology companies, educational institutions, NGOs). Develop and negotiate partnership agreements that align with LifeVitae's business goals and partner interests. Manage and nurture existing partner relationships, ensuring successful collaboration and value creation. Oversee the implementation and execution of joint initiatives with partners, maximising their impact and return on investment. Stay abreast of industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities to drive business growth. Develop and present compelling proposals to potential partners, demonstrating the value proposition of LifeVitae. Analyse partnership performance and identify areas for improvement. Represent LifeVitae at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and establishing new connections. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, business development, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships that deliver tangible results. Strong understanding of the education sector and its key players. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinking and analytical skills. Project management experience. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Additional Desirable Skills: Experience working in the EdTech industry. Knowledge of relevant partnership models and best practices. Strong data analysis and reporting skills. International experience is a plus

The ideal candidate will take ownership of multiple high-value projects, work cross-functionally to solve critical problems, and collaborate with the founding team to drive organizational priorities. Responsibilities Take complete ownership of multiple high-value projects and work with multiple teams to solve critical, cross-functional problems. Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions. Gather, analyze and draw valuable conclusions from the vast amount of data available and set processes to generate data as needed. Work closely with the founding team to identify key priorities for the organization and ensure effective solution implementation. Act as a thought partner to the Founder on business challenges, opportunities, and priorities. Ensure high-quality execution of strategic projects by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Develop a deep understanding of the industry, and identify opportunities to drive growth Serve as a bridge between the Founder’s vision and on-ground execution. Requirements 3+ years of work experience in Consulting, PE, VC, or Investment Banking. Graduate from Tier-1 Colleges. Strong analytical, numerical, research, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills. Data-driven - can slice and dice data to generate insights and propose solutions. Prior experience as a Program Manager/ Strategy role at high-growth startups is a plus What will you get.
