Senior Legal Associate - Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Advocate with expertise in real estate law to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing legal compliance, managing litigation, drafting agreements, and providing advisory support to ensure smooth property transactions and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct due diligence, title verification, and handle property-related documentation.
• Manage litigation processes and coordinate with legal authorities when required.
• Provide legal risk management, advisory, and dispute resolution support.
• Maintain accurate legal records and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3–4 years as a Senior Legal Manager/Advocate in the Real Estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of real estate and financial law.
• Proven expertise in legal documentation, compliance, and advisory functions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Local candidates from Indore preferred (Male/Female).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
