Senior Legal Associate - Real Estate

Minimum 5 years of PQE required.

Desired Candidate Profile : Experience in a Law Firm , Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of Legal Affairs , Exceptional drafting and communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Drafting and Vetting Development Agreements, Sale Deeds, Conveyance Deeds, Agreements for Sale, Consent Agreements, Leave & License Agreements, Powers of Attorney, Affidavits, and Mutual Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality Agreements.

2. Drafting commercial contracts, including MOUs, Term Sheets, construction contracts, NDAs, sponsorship agreements, franchise agreements, power purchase agreements, Employment Contracts, Distributorship Agreements, HR policies, Codes of Conduct, and others.

3. Providing corporate commercial legal counsel with a focus on negotiating and structuring commercial transactions; drafting and reviewing contracts and other commercial agreements such as Board Resolutions, Share Purchase Agreements, Subscription Agreements, and Trademark License Agreements.

4. Managing communication and correspondence with clients to finalize terms and conditions of agreements and contracts within negotiated parameters.

5. Demonstrated expertise in all facets of real estate-related advice and transactions, encompassing

I. Property searches, due diligence, and issuance of title certificates

II. Drafting, vetting, negotiating, and finalizing Deeds of Conveyance, Agreements for Sale, Lease Deeds, Leave License Agreements

III. Drafting, vetting, negotiating, and finalizing Joint Development Agreements, Co-Development Agreements, Project Management Agreement

IV. Drafting, vetting, negotiating, and finalizing land, property, and project financing documents

V. Preparation of ancillary documentation such as Powers of Attorney, Deeds of Declaration, and Deeds of Indemnity.

6. Advising and managing redevelopment and SRA projects.

7. Participating in client meetings and effectively coordinating and following up with clients
