Ensure timely acquisition of No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for project milestones, including IOD (Intimation of Disapproval), Commencement Certificate (CC), Occupancy Certificate (OC), and Building Completion Certificate (BCC).
Attending meeting in connection with TOR, EC, CFE and CFO in pollution control board. Concerned documents / files submitting as required by higher authorities and monitoring inspections at sites also.
Obtaining NOC from Irrigation Department.
Follow up timely submission of Files/documents and obtaining permission / sanctions from various departments in Secretariats of Telangana /AP.
Proper liaisoning of higher authorities in GHMC, HMDA, TSIIC and Fire.
Liasoning with higher authorities in all Govt Departments (i.e. Labour, Mines, Irrigation, R&B, Municipal & GHMC, HMDA, VAT, Income Tax etc.,), Police Dept and Secretariat officials to obtain permissions and to settle any issues which arises in the sites.
Submit necessary documents to the Municipal Corporation and other authorities for obtaining IOD.
Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to secure essential approvals.
Attend all RERA-related hearings for projects, ensuring representation and compliance.
Handling with legal & Court issues with Advocates.
Liaise with the Mining Dept for lease agreements for mines and also pursue in obtaining NOCs from Revenue Depts.
Approached all Government Offices in the state, submitted documents/ applications and obtained approvals/concurrences for underground and overhead cabling work with R&B, Municipal Corporations, Municipal Offices and Forest offices.
Attending meetings, seminars with higher authorities.
Identify potential risks in liaison and RERA processes and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Build and maintain relationships with internal teams (Design, Legal, Business Development, Projects, and Finance) and external stakeholders, including government agencies such as PWD, Police, RTO, Fire Department, Electric Utility, and PCB.
