We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Senior Legal Associate
with a strong focus on
non-litigation legal drafting
. The candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing a variety of legal letters, agreements, notices, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders. This role requires excellent drafting skills, legal knowledge, and the ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and finalize a wide range of legal letters and correspondence including demand letters, notice letters, response letters, legal opinions, and official communications.
Prepare and review contracts, agreements, memoranda, and other legal documents as required.
Provide clear, concise, and legally sound advice through written communication to various departments and clients.
Assist in non-litigation legal matters such as compliance, regulatory filings, and transactional documentation.
Mentor junior associates and guide them in effective legal drafting practices.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM or specialized diploma preferred.
Licensed to practice law in [insert jurisdiction].
5+ years of experience primarily focused on non-litigation legal drafting.
Exceptional drafting and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to corporate, commercial, or regulatory affairs.
Salary upto 35k inhand
Location - Airoli Mindspace East
5 days working in month 1 saturday is working
Shift time : 11am to 8pm
Preferred only male candidates
