Senior Legal Associate

As a Legal Document Specialist, your role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents such as Software Escrow Agreements, NDAs, and Addendums. You will also be responsible for negotiating agreements with various customers, ensuring timely handling of customer queries, and facilitating agreement execution. Your duties will include following up with customers for the timely completion of agreements and obtaining copies of signed agreements.
