Senior Legal Associate

As a Legal Document Specialist, your role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents such as Software Escrow Agreements, NDAs, and Addendums. You will be responsible for negotiating agreements with various customers, ensuring timely handling of queries, and facilitating agreement execution. Your key responsibilities include: - Drafting and reviewing legal documents like Software Escrow Agreements, NDAs, and Addendums. - Negotiating agreements with customers regarding the terms. - Handling queries raised by customers promptly. - Facilitating agreement execution and following up with customers for timely completion. - Obtaining copies of signed agreements. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelors in Law with a flair for documentation. - Professional experience in Contract Management in IT or BPO domain. - Expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent negotiating skills. - Multicultural awareness and sensitivity, enabling you to engage effectively with colleagues and customers from diverse nationalities.
