Location: India (Primary Centre with Expansion Responsibility)

Position Overview:

Sudarshan Wellness Centre is a premium Ayurvedic and holistic healthcare initiative focused on authentic treatments, wellness programs, and preventive healthcare. We are seeking a visionary, result-driven, and business-oriented CEO to lead the organization from launch to scale, ensuring strong revenue growth, brand positioning, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability.

The CEO will be responsible for overall strategy, profitability, sales & marketing leadership, operational setup, and expansion of the wellness centre.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

• Define and execute the short-term and long-term business strategy for Sudarshan Wellness Centre.
• Drive revenue generation, profitability, and ROI from day one.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, wellness programs, and service lines.
• Lead multi-location expansion, franchise models, or corporate wellness tie-ups.

Sales, Marketing & Brand Building

• Develop and execute high-impact sales and marketing strategies (online & offline).
• Build a strong premium brand identity for the wellness centre.
• Oversee lead generation, conversion funnels, pricing strategy, and customer acquisition.
• Establish partnerships with corporates, hotels, resorts, hospitals, and influencers.
• Leverage digital marketing, PR, media, and strategic campaigns for visibility.

Operations & Centre Management

• Set up and streamline end-to-end operations including:
• Treatment protocols
• Patient experience
• Facility management
• Vendor & inventory control
• Ensure quality service delivery aligned with classical Ayurvedic standards.
• Monitor KPIs, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance management team.
• Recruit and manage doctors, therapists, sales staff, and support teams.
• Create a performance-driven culture with clear accountability.
• Set up SOPs, training modules, and appraisal systems.

Financial & Compliance Oversight

• Prepare and manage budgets, P&L, and financial forecasts.
• Ensure cost optimization without compromising service quality.
• Oversee compliance with:
• AYUSH regulations
• Local healthcare and business laws
• Licenses and certifications

Stakeholder & Board Coordination

• Act as the primary interface with promoters, investors, and senior stakeholders.
• Present business reports, growth plans, and performance updates.
• Ensure alignment with the vision and values of the Sudarshan Group.

Desired Candidate Profile:Education

• MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or Strategy
• Background in Healthcare, Wellness, Ayurveda, Hospitality, or Healthcare Startups preferred

Experience

• 10–15+ years of senior leadership experience
• Proven track record in:
• Sales & revenue growth
• Healthcare / wellness / hospitality / FMCG / service industry
• Experience in setting up and scaling businesses from scratch is highly desirable
