RBL is a member of the NSE, BSE, and MSEI, with an extensive footprint in over 400 cities. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Senior Leadership role located in Pune at Religare Broking Ltd. The role involves overseeing and leading the strategic direction of the company, managing teams, and ensuring the growth and success of the business. Key Responsibilities: Drive business growth by identifying and onboarding high-potential retail clients. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets across broking and third-party product offerings. Build, expand, and strengthen the team by hiring quality talent from the market. Design and execute initiatives to enhance the skills and productivity of the existing team. Ensure strong team engagement and retention through effective leadership and support mechanisms. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate business risks. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in leading retail broking operations, preferably in a regional leadership role. Strong business acumen with a track record of revenue generation across multiple product lines. Excellent team management and talent development skills. Leadership and Strategic Planning skills Financial Acumen and Market Knowledge Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Experience in the financial services industry Proven track record of driving business growth and success Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
