The platform has been recognized with various awards for its performance and service quality. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Ludhiana. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, providing investment and trading advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, suggesting appropriate financial products, maintaining accurate client records, and meeting sales targets. The role entails coordination with other departments to facilitate seamless service delivery, addressing client queries, and staying updated on market trends and company offerings. Qualifications Excellent client relationship management and communication skills Knowledge of financial products and market trends Experience in sales and meeting sales targets Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools Experience in the broking industry is a plus Show more Show less
