This role is ideal for a self-driven individual who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead all recruiting efforts to support multiple businesses to proactively identify, source and recruit candidates using a variety of sources including, but not limited to, internet postings and search, direct sourcing, employee referrals, networking and recruiting agencies etc.
- Encourage innovation, enhancements and efficiencies in current and new recruiting processes and systems
- Drive employer branding initiatives and leverage non-traditional sourcing and marketing channels to attract top-tier talent
- Gather market intelligence on talent, competitor landscape, recruitment trends and practices, providing guidance and support as needed to fulfil business needs
- Develop and implement methodologies for recruitment dashboards and supporting analytically-driven practices to optimize performance.
- Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met and that internal recruiting policy and practices are executed
- Enhance and streamline existing recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in HR from a recognized institute.
- 8-10 years of hands-on recruitment experience in IT recruitment, preferably from IT Product organization, with a strong focus on hiring for mid and senior level requirements
- Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver complex hiring mandates
- Strong knowledge of technical roles, programming languages, and IT ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools like SmartRecruiters/Workday (preferred) or other industry-standard platforms and strong sourcing capabilities across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals).
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, inspire, and lead a recruitment team while personally driving critical hiring needs.
- High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to conduct market mapping and competitor benchmarking.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills and ability to create and present dashboards using MS Office.
- Exposure to Campus Hirings will be an added advantage.
