Senior Lead / Manager, Quantitative Research

Role Overview: You will be working as a Senior Lead / Manager in Quantitative Research at ResearchFox Consulting, a leading research and consulting firm specializing in data-driven insights and business intelligence. Your role will involve spearheading end-to-end quantitative studies, managing client engagements, and leading a high-performing research team. Strong expertise in research design, statistical analysis, project management, and delivering insights to clients across multiple industries will be crucial for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Lead full-cycle quantitative research projects from proposal creation to final delivery. - Design sampling plans, questionnaires, and research methodologies tailored to client objectives. - Perform deep quantitative analysis using statistical techniques such as significance testing, regression, segmentation, MaxDiff, and Conjoint. - Interpret complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project cycles. - Lead and monitor a team of 4-6 high performing researchers. - Support proposal writing, revenue generation, and participation in pitches. - Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling research solutions. Qualification Required: - Strong command of quantitative research methods, data analysis, and statistical tools. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and hands-on experience with analytics platforms like SPSS, R, Python, and Power BI. - Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. - Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities. - Ability to simplify complex data and drive actionable insights. - Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and upskill teams. - Hands-on experience in various research requirements of companies across different domains. - Exposure to sensory analysis/testing and product testing in Food & FMCG, Concept testing, Usage and Attitude studies, and Brand Health Studies would be beneficial.
