Job Details Position: Senior Lead Engineer Experience: 7-10 Years Work Mode: Onsite Location: Pune Skills Java 17+ Spring boot SQL API Team Lead Key Responsibilities As senior lead, build and mentor engineering teams and deliver on below : Technical Expertise: Provide guidance on technical and functional aspects of project and take decisions. You will setup and execute best practices in application architecture, development, code reviews, performance, deployment and execution by owning end-to-end business deliveries Innovation and continuous learning : Build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in the team. Encourage and adopt new technology and emerging industry trends and methods for improving efficiency of your team Communication and Collaboration : Facilitate communication within the engineering teams and stakeholders including quality, operations, product and program to ensure alignment for business goals. Address technical issues in teams and promote positive working environment. Team Management : Conduct performance review and setup constructive feedback loop for team members along with Engineering Managers. Project Management : Participate in the overall planning by providing correct estimation and execution of engineering projects and ensure their timely delivery. Application layer technologies including Tomcat/Nodejs, Netty, Springboot, hibernate, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Apache flink. Caching technologies like Redis, Aerospike or Hazelcast. Frontend technologies including ReactJs, Angular, Android/IOS. Data storage technologies like Oracle, S3, Postgres, Mongodb. Tooling including Git, Command line, Jenkins, Nifi, Airflow, Jmeter, Postman, Gatling, Ngnix/Haproxy, Jira/Confluence, Grafana, K8s. Expertise And Qualifications Educational Qualifications. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or comparable experience. Work Experience. 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development. Strong ownership & go-getter attitude – proactive in solving problems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. Technical acumen – experience working with tech products and platforms.
