This role is part of Client Experience and Service Delivery team and entails delivery of FIS Cleared Derivatives Reconciliations book of work for Managed Services clients responsible for on-boarding of new reconciliations, maintenance of existing reconciliations, implementation of client driven changes, platform upgrades, and production platform stability and efficiencies for all the Reconciliations Manager hosted clients.
About the team
- We are a client facing function, a first line of defense/interface into FIS eco system for our clients to address Software/Infra issues, understand/clarify product behavior etc.
- We have follow-the-sun model in place (24X7), we are primary team for APAC & ME clients, Secondary for EMEA and Supplementary for LATAM clients (6000+ unique client-product combinations covered)
- Our role requirement ranges from a simple service deck -> Technical -> Functional -> Techno-functional -> Enterprise Service/Client Service managers
- We are a strong team of 450+ client facing staff with a strong ITIL mindset and solution driven philosophy
- We continuously measure our service quality via client feedback in the form of Overall Satisfaction (OSAT) and Net Promotor Score (NPS)
- We use cutting edge & in-market tools and data governance using AI/ML to provide clients intelligence to conduct their business.
What you will be doing
- Design and implement new changes in partnership with internal stakeholders, change delivery, and client teams. Provide analytical and subject matter expertise into broader strategic initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to identify pain areas, process efficiencies, utilize subject matter expertise to drive automation and deliver efficiencies.
- Support UAT testing, conduct thorough regression testing to delivery high quality defect free changes to Production ensuring platform stability.
- On-boarding of new reconciliations and maintenance of existing reconciliations adhering to the reconciliations standards laid down in the project
- Ensure the reconciliations platform is compliant with all non-discretionary change i.e., mandatory changes, regulatory changes and FIS software & hardware policies.
- Leadership & Innovation Utilize strong subject matter expertise to drive the definition of innovative solutions, both within the organization and the industry.
What you bring:
- 4 - 8 years of strong reconciliation development experience in all modules of IntelliMatch (Recollector, Admin, Reconciliation).
- 4 - 8 years of strong database experience in SQL.
- Development experience of building ETD reconciliations (exchange, broker, intercompany) in IntelliMatch ETD is desirable.
- Knowledge of IntelliMatch NextGen is desirable
- Scripting languages such as POWERSHELL, Windows Batch Scripting will be added advantage.
- Working experience with Jira, ServiceNow will be useful.
- Self-starter with good interpersonal skills and a solution driven approach.
- Extensive experience of software/service solutions delivered on a hosted and managed basis including SQL Server
- Knowledge of the financial services marketplace
- Reconciliation knowledge
- Ability to build and maintain strong Client relationships portraying deep technical and functional expertise
- Knowledge of Project Methodology viz. AGILE, Waterfall etc.
- Competent in best practice principals of risk, information security and compliance
Skills
- Expertise in SQL, batch scripting, pwoershell and database operations.
- Experience with financial services, capital markets
- Strong Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including early mornings, extended hours, and weekends as required
- Experience withincident management, problem management, change management, release and deployment management etc., (ITIL framework).
- Proficiency in ITIL-based processes and ticketing tools like ServiceNow, TeamSupport.
- Capability to work in a demanding environment with clear objectives and meet targets
- Good communication and interpersonal skillsto interact with clients and internal teams.
