Job Description

  • Own and manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth Build strong relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders in each account Understand customer business processes and objectives, translating them into actionable success plans
  • Oversee onboarding, product implementation, and configuration to align with customer needs Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account expansion Monitor account health and address risks related to renewals or adoption Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, engineering, sales) to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Report on account performance, growth opportunities, and customer insights to leadershipQualifications Bachelor s Degree (Business, IT, or related field) or equivalent experience in the software/SaaS industry 2 4 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Project Delivery within ERP, CRM, or SaaS applications Hands-on experience in solution implementation or business application deployment
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with experience engaging C-level stakeholders Commercial awareness with a track record of meeting retention and growth targets Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams
