Job Description

Own and manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth Build strong relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders in each account Understand customer business processes and objectives, translating them into actionable success plans
Oversee onboarding, product implementation, and configuration to align with customer needs Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account expansion Monitor account health and address risks related to renewals or adoption Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, engineering, sales) to ensure seamless customer experience
Report on account performance, growth opportunities, and customer insights to leadershipQualifications Bachelor s Degree (Business, IT, or related field) or equivalent experience in the software/SaaS industry 2 4 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Project Delivery within ERP, CRM, or SaaS applications Hands-on experience in solution implementation or business application deployment
Strong communication and relationship management skills, with experience engaging C-level stakeholders Commercial awareness with a track record of meeting retention and growth targets Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams
