Job Overview:

Senior Java Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using

  Java

  and

  Spring Boot

  .
• Architect, implement, and maintain

  microservices-based

  solutions.
• Build and optimize APIs and backend workflows with high performance and availability.
• Work with

  AWS cloud services

  to deploy, monitor, and enhance backend systems.
• Write efficient

  SQL queries

  and work with relational databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA, product).
• Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and best coding practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability and resilience.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years

  of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
• Strong expertise in:

• Java (Core & Advanced)

• Spring Boot

• Microservices Architecture

• AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.)

• SQL & Database Design

• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, caching, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SNS/SQS).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
