About the Role

Responsibilities

Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
Provide third-level support to business users.
Technical design, implementation, deployment, and support.
Partner with Business Analysts to review and implement business requirements.
Mentors and oversees development of resources, including reviewing designs and performing code reviews.
Develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance.

Qualifications

Technical background (BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline/experience)
Experience: 6-8 Years

Required Skills

Proficient in
programming language
Java.
Knowledge of No-SQL/MySQL Database technologies, Caching data stores, Queuing systems, and Search technologies.
Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, API Integration.
Proficiency in Computer Science fundamentals –
object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, and complexity analysis.
Good with the Design patterns and architecture solution to large scale applications.
Hands-on experience on building highly-available, scalable systems.
