Job Title: Senior Java Developer Client: Neo Soft Experience Required: 7+ Years Location: Bangalore Budget: 18-20LPA Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and enterprise-level application development. The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience with Angular (1–2 years) and advanced skills in database management using PostgreSQL and MS SQL. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance applications in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable Java applications. * Design and implement RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. * Write optimized SQL queries and resolve complex database performance issues. * Ensure code quality through best practices, peer code reviews, and unit testing. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and UI/UX. * Troubleshoot and debug application and system issues in development and production. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Strong command of Core Java (Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, Streams, etc.) * Proficient in JDBC for database connectivity. * Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server. * In-depth experience with Spring Boot for building enterprise-grade APIs. * Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and distributed systems. * Experience with SQL performance tuning and ORM tools like Hibernate. * Working knowledge of Angular (1–2 years) for frontend integration. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. * Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. * Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration. * Exposure to messaging systems like Kafka or ActiveMQ. * Awareness of security best practices in Java-based enterprise applications.
