Role Overview

We are hiring Senior Java Developers to strengthen our core engineering team as we transition to a modern Microservices-based architecture.

This role offers flexibility to specialize in either:

• Backend & Microservices (Java / Spring Boot), or
• Frontend & UI (React / JavaScript)

while maintaining a solid understanding of the full application lifecycle.

You will work on designing, building, and scaling enterprise-grade systems with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and clean architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Backend & Architecture Focus

• Design and develop scalable REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and maintain Microservices architecture, including inter-service communication and deployment
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases to ensure data consistency and performance
• Contribute to system design, scalability, and architectural decisions

Frontend & User Experience Focus

• Develop clean, reusable UI components using React and modern JavaScript
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and usability across devices
• Collaborate closely with backend teams to integrate APIs seamlessly

Quality, DevOps & Collaboration

• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to maintain code quality
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Work closely with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver features on time

Required Technical Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in backend or full-stack development
• Strong expertise in Java (JDK 11+) and Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture
• Practical experience building RESTful APIs
• Working knowledge of React, including Hooks and component-based architecture
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
