With a strong culture of engineering excellence, they develop modern digital solutions leveraging Java, microservices, cloud platforms, and distributed systems. The team is expanding rapidly in Pune, and they are looking for senior backend experts to join their mission.

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications using

  Spring Boot

• Build and optimize

  RESTful APIs

  for high performance and scalability
• Collaborate with

  cross-functional teams

  (Frontend, QA, DevOps) for end-to-end delivery
• Write

  clean, efficient, testable code

  adhering to best practices
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
• Work with

  RDBMS databases

  for data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning
• Integrate backend services with

  messaging systems

  like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to solution improvements

Mandatory Skills

✔ Core Java, Spring Boot

✔ REST API Development

✔ Strong understanding of OOPs, Design Patterns, Microservices Architecture

✔ Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / any RDBMS)

Good to Have / Strong Plus

• Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus
• GraphQL exposure
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
