Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including vendor management, client coordination, and handling both Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Full-Time hiring mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from understanding client requirements, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation to onboarding.
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent within defined timelines.
• Handle both C2H and permanent staffing across multiple technologies and domains.
• Manage and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely submission of qualified profiles.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels — job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks — to identify potential candidates.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate and recruitment data using MS Excel and prepare recruitment reports as needed.
• Act as an individual contributor, independently managing multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and Vendor management.
• Experience handling both C2H and full-time positions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
