Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Executive to oversee and manage all IT operations within our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, conducting store audits, and ensuring that Kapsons software is effectively utilized to streamline operations, manage inventory, and support retail functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Systems Management:
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations in the retail store, ensuring systems are running efficiently and securely.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems, servers, and retail software applications
• Manage hardware and software inventory, ensuring all IT equipment is well-maintained and functional.
• Store Audits & Compliance:
• Perform regular store audits to ensure inventory accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Work closely with the finance and operations teams to audit and review sales data, cash handling processes, and stock levels.
• Assist in preparation for external audits, providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Staff Training & Support:
• Provide technical support to store staff, including training on new systems, software updates, and troubleshooting common IT issues.
• Data Management & Reporting:

o Maintain and monitor store data, ensuring that reports on sales, inventory, and operations are accurate and up-to-date.

o Generate and analyze various reports from Kapsons software, providing insights for management to optimize store operations.

• IT Security & Maintenance:
• Implement and enforce IT security protocols to protect sensitive business data.
• Regularly review and update security measures to mitigate risks and maintain data integrity.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT role, preferably in a retail environment.
• Experience with IT support, troubleshooting, and store audits.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, Zirakpur location
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
