As a Senior Investment Counselor, you will be responsible for converting leads into active

Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure continuous
engagement.
Maintain accurate client data and update CRM records regularly.
Coordinate with the Research and Customer Service teams for smooth client
onboarding and post-sale support.
Stay updated with market trends, equity research insights, and product developments
to effectively communicate Fynocrat’s value proposition.
Adhere strictly to SEBI regulations and Fynocrat’s internal compliance policies during
every client interaction.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi.
Strong understanding of stock market concepts and equity products.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in financial or research-oriented roles.
Result-driven, disciplined, and self-motivated professional.
Ability to handle objections and convert high-value leads into successful sales.
Strong relationship management and client-handling abilities.
