Senior International Sales Executive

Location:

Working Days:

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified B2B leads from international markets (US/UK preferred).
Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and virtual meetings.
Identify client requirements and propose suitable services/solutions.
Manage complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Maintain CRM entries, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Contribute ideas to improve sales strategy, lead quality, and conversion rate.

Required Skills & Experience

2-4 years of experience in
International Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development
.
Proven experience in
lead conversion, client handling, and sales closures
.
Excellent
communication skills
(verbal & written) for US/UK markets.
Strong skills in
presentation, negotiation, proposal writing,
and objection handling.
Experience working with
CRM tools.
Ability to manage
sales pipeline
, meet targets, and close deals independently.
Experience in a
service-based or outsourcing company
is an advantage.
