Job Summary

Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept to final execution, including space planning, detailing, and design development.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, vision, and project goals, and translate them into functional design solutions.
• Mentor and supervise junior designers and project teams to ensure high-quality output and timely project delivery.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and décor aligned with client expectations and project budgets.
• Prepare mood boards, 3D renderings, presentation decks, and detailed working drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing timelines, budgets, and procurement.
• Conduct site visits and supervise installations to maintain design quality and alignment with project intent.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and innovative design technologies.
• Take ownership of the interior design department's vision, growth, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum

  4 years of professional interior design experience

  , including leadership or team management roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end design work across residential or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools like V-Ray or Lumion.
• In-depth knowledge of materials, furniture, finishes, lighting, and construction detailing.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• High attention to detail and a refined sense of design aesthetics.
