Job description

SR.INTERIOR DESIGNER-

• Job Responsibility includes working on Interiors of High-End Residential Projects.
• Should show leadership and be qualified in interior designing, well versed with co-ordination, technical drawings and concept design.
• Must have a good command over English language and interpersonal and multitasking skills.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES: -

• Excellent knowledge of Auto Cad, MS Office and Sketch up.
• Developing designs according to a brief that are functional, appealing and appropriate for the space.
• Should have conceptual and technical understanding on range of interiors design works which are important and essential for quality execution of interior works.
• Preparing plan for interior construction, materials, lighting and finishes.
• Knowledge of materials and producing mood and sample boards.
• Site supervision and contractor management during ongoing work to execute and complete interior project.

What skills are we looking for

• Strong understanding of home design principles and practices.
• A strong passion for the transformative and aesthetic aspects of home design.
• Excellent communication skills- written and verbal
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent ability to influence.
• 10+ years experience as an architect or interior designer in the luxury residential space (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions). Entrepreneurship experience will be an added advantage.
• MBA/ Diploma or Degree in Interior Designing or Architecture preferably from a foreign University with international experience
• Handled luxury projects of Rs. 15,000 per sq ft and above
• Space Planning
• Influence and client engagement skills
• Able to create material boards, furniture and home models
• Good communicator, able to deal firmly and fairly with contractors, consultants and vendors
• Developing concepts & sketches by virtue of Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations
• Must Know all state of design Software s

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
