Role Overview: As a Senior Interior Designer – Sales & Design, you will be responsible for leading both the creative and commercial success of interior design projects. This dual-role demands a dynamic professional who can drive project sales closures, mentor a team of designers, and ensure outstanding client experiences from concept to execution. You will play a key role in managing the end-to-end sales funnel while also delivering high-quality design output across multiple residential interior projects. Key Responsibilities: πŸ”Ή Sales & Business Development Own and manage the full sales funnel, from lead nurturing to project closure. Drive consistent achievement of monthly sales targets. Guide and support a team of designers to improve their sales conversion rates. Ensure new project bookings through proactive client engagement and follow-ups. Maintain strong client relationships and elevate overall customer experience. πŸ”Ή Design Management Lead design planning and execution across 10–12 projects per month. Supervise a team of junior designers, ensuring timely, high-quality output. Facilitate regular design discussions, reviews, and team brainstorming sessions. Maintain high performance on the Design Net Promoter Score (Client Ratings). Guide designers on material selection, space planning, technical details, and presentations. πŸ”Ή Team Development & Training Provide ongoing training and mentorship in both sales and design skills. Evaluate team performance and help designers achieve individual KPIs. Bridge communication between design, sales, and project management teams. Key Requirements: 3+ years of experience in residential interior design, with at least 1 years in a sales or client-facing role. Strong portfolio demonstrating design capabilities and client-driven solutions. Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and sales CRM tools. Success Metrics: Achievement of monthly project sales targets. Timely delivery of quality design output across multiple projects. High customer satisfaction scores and repeat/referral clients.
