Senior Inside Sales Specialist

As a Sales Executive at our company, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and prospect potential customers using various communication channels such as calls, emails, and social media. You will play a crucial role in converting these leads into customers by effectively communicating the value proposition of our services/products. Maintaining consistent follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals will be a key aspect of your role. You will be expected to engage in consultative selling by thoroughly understanding customer needs, offering appropriate solutions, and guiding them through the sales process. Furthermore, updating and managing records of customer interactions, leads, and sales pipeline in the CRM system will be essential to track progress and optimize sales strategies. Collaboration with the marketing and operations team will be necessary to align sales strategies and ensure the optimal conversion of leads. Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be crucial for success in this role. Additionally, addressing customer inquiries, objections, and concerns to provide a positive sales experience will be part of your responsibilities.
