Roles and Responsibilities : Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for IT solutions and services. Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement. Build strong relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell additional products/services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, delivery) to ensure seamless customer onboarding. Job Requirements : 1-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT sales or SaaS sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an inside sales environment. Strong understanding of software solution sales, ERP sales, and international business development.
