Role Overview: You are sought after as a Senior IT Manager to take charge of overseeing and managing all IT operations at our hospital. Your role will involve handling hospital management software development, IT infrastructure management, and ensuring seamless technology integration across various hospital departments. As a leader, you will need to adopt a proactive approach in managing IT systems, driving innovation, and aligning technology solutions with the hospital's operational and clinical requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the implementation, maintenance, and regular updates of the Hospital Management System (HMS) and other critical software. - Collaborate with software vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot, resolve, and enhance system functionality. - Manage data extraction, analysis, and reporting to support hospital administration, clinical teams, and regulatory requirements. - Lead the IT team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, timely issue resolution, and proactive system monitoring. - Provide strategic recommendations for IT infrastructure enhancements, including hardware, networks, cybersecurity, and software development. - Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with healthcare regulations (such as HIPAA or local healthcare IT standards). - Assess emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency and patient care. Qualification Required: - 5 to 8 years of proven experience in IT management, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment. - Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and guide the IT team. - Hands-on experience with hospital management software (HMS) and healthcare IT solutions. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle technical and operational challenges effectively. - Strong knowledge of database management, networking, cybersecurity, and system integration. - Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, administrators, and external vendors.
