Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Industrial Engineer with a mechanical background to lead and optimize vacuum system processes and develop Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). The ideal candidate will bring in-depth industry knowledge—especially in petroleum and polymer sectors—and a strong engineering mindset to enhance system performance and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and streamline vacuum systems in industrial processing environments.
• Develop, review, and maintain P&IDs to ensure process clarity and system integrity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for plant design, commissioning, and optimization.
• Drive process audits and troubleshoot system inefficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and engineering standards.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Contribute to project planning, timelines, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
• 10–15 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in the petroleum or polymer industries.
• Strong expertise in vacuum system design and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with P&ID development and interpretation.
• Ability to handle complex technical challenges and lead engineering deliverables.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Petroleum & Polymer Industry: 10 years (Preferred)
