Senior Industrial Engineer

As a Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager - Sales in the Water & Pumps Industry, your role will involve approaching and developing new customers for the existing product portfolio. You will be required to identify potential opportunities with new customers and collaborate with Engineering / Development teams for business development. Adhering to the targeted sales budget and ensuring customer satisfaction through on-time deliveries will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing the annual sales budget considering both existing and new customer demands. Maintaining cordial relationships with existing and new customers to achieve optimal customer satisfaction will be a key part of your role. Participation in cross-functional teams for the development of new products/processes or changes related to current products to meet customer requirements is also expected.
