Senior Industrial Engineer

As a Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager in the Sales department within the Water & Pumps Industry, your primary responsibilities will revolve around approaching and cultivating relationships with new customers for the current product portfolio. You will be tasked with identifying potential opportunities for business growth with new customers and collaborating closely with the Engineering and Development teams. Your role will also require you to ensure adherence to the targeted sales budget and prioritize customer satisfaction by ensuring on-time deliveries. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing the annual sales budget, considering the demands of both existing and potential customers, while maintaining a positive and professional relationship with all customers. Furthermore, active participation in cross-functional teams will be essential for the development of new products, processes, or modifications related to current products to meet customer requirements effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is preferred for this role. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering and possess 4-5 years of experience in Mechanical Seals. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages is required. The job location will primarily be in Mumbai and Pune.
