Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Gurugram. The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing the recruitment process, developing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks include employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, training and development, benefits administration, and implementing HR policies. The role also involves collaborating with different departments to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, employee relations, and performance management
• Skilled in talent acquisition, training and development, and benefits administration
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and strategies
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous
