Job Description

Job Summary:

Collate, verify, and maintain monthly payroll data including attendance, and deductions.
Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate processing of salaries.
Maintain employee records related to compensation and benefits.

2. Visa and Employee Documentation:

Coordinate with PR team for visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.
Ensure all employee documents (passports, Emirates IDs, labor cards, etc.) are updated and tracked.
Maintain and update HR databases and trackers related to employee visa and document validity.

3. HR Data Management:

Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and trackers using advanced Excel functions.
Support audits and compliance requirements by ensuring data accuracy and timely record submission.

4. HR Operations Support:

Support various HR initiatives and administrative tasks as assigned.

5. Communication & Coordination:

Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in HR operations or administration.
Strong proficiency in
MS Excel
(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.).
Good knowledge of payroll coordination and visa documentation processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
