About the Role

Lateral Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment cycle
for lateral hiring across various functions (Operations, HR, IT, Finance, Support, etc.).
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), headhunting, referrals, and networking
.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates for cultural and role fitment.
Ensure
timely closures
while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, salary negotiations, and offer roll-outs.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
Drive
employer branding initiatives
and ensure a great candidate experience throughout the process.

Desired Candidate Profile

2 to 5 years of experience
in lateral hiring across domains, preferably in BPO/KPO/ITeS or service industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, Boolean searches, and headhunting techniques.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage
multiple requirements with tight deadlines
.
Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
