About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lateral Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Drive employer branding initiatives and ensure a great candidate experience throughout the process. Desired Candidate Profile 2 to 5 years of experience in lateral hiring across domains, preferably in BPO/KPO/ITeS or service industry. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, Boolean searches, and headhunting techniques. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements with tight deadlines . Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
