Senior Human Resource Executive

As a Senior HR Executive in our company, you will oversee and manage the human resources functions to ensure a productive and compliant work environment. Your responsibilities will include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, addressing employee concerns, implementing performance appraisal systems, developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and coordinating training and development programs for staff. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees. Additionally, you will play a key role in addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture. In terms of performance management, you will be required to implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback to enhance employee productivity, and identify training needs to coordinate professional development programs for the staff. Moreover, you will be responsible for developing and updating HR policies in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements. It is essential for you to have a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with proven experience in HR roles, preferably in academic or research-oriented organizations. A strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism are also required for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift schedule. In addition to the base salary, performance bonuses on a quarterly and yearly basis are provided.
