Senior Human Resource Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support, including employee relations, performance development, and verification of reimbursement claims per company policy.
• Drive recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Manage compensation and benefits processes in coordination with APAC HR and local regulations.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and positive employee experience.
• Support engagement activities and foster a positive team culture.
• Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 46 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HRBP or generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a multinational or matrix organization preferred.
• Good written, conversational and presentation capabilities
• Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Proficient in HRIS and payroll software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
