Job Description

Einfolge Technologies is seeking proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to lead comprehensive HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end to end HR Operations: recruitment,onboarding,engagement, and exit
Oversee full-cycle recruitment and strategic workforce planning
Oversee policy enforcement, and disciplinary actions
Coordinate attendance, leave and payroll with Finance
Partner with department heads on appraisals, performance evaluations, and succession planning
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and team building activities
Maintain and update HR database and employee documentation
Conduct ISO 9001:2015 internal audits and ensure compliance
Draft HR communications: offer letters,increment letters,policy updates
Continuously improve HR processes and foster cross functional collaboration

Qualifications & Skills

Masters degree in HR Management or related discipline
3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in HR operations
Proven expertise in drafting professional documents and correspondence
Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Ability to multitask effectively and manage sensitive matters with discretion
Capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to clear, inclusive communication
