Job Description

What you'll Do: Key Responsibilities: Payroll Responsibilities: Process monthly or bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time. Maintain and update payroll records including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation or benefits. Ensure compliance with statutory laws regarding payroll (e.g., PF, ESI, tax deductions, bonuses, gratuity). Coordinate with finance and HR teams for data verification and reconciliation. Handle employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies. Prepare payroll reports and statements for audit and management use. Liaise with payroll vendors or platforms as needed. HR Operations Responsibilities: Maintain and update HR systems and employee records (e.g., attendance, leaves, benefits). Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system setup, and exit formalities. Assist in drafting HR letters (offer, increment, relieving, etc.) and maintaining compliance documents. Coordinate performance review schedules and employee engagement initiatives. Maintain HR databases and ensure data integrity and confidentiality. Support HR audits, compliance checks, and policy documentation. Qualifications: - Degree in HR. - Familiarity with payroll and HRMS software -Good understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. -Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
